Every dollar of fees you've paid, including any Homework Club session fees, back to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.
How to claim
Email us, call us, or tell us in person — any time within your 30 days. No form, no reason required. Feedback is always welcome, but it's never a condition of the refund.

We already offer a free trial class so you can see the teaching before you pay a cent. The guarantee covers what happens after that — the first month of real classes, homework and progress. If it isn't the right fit for any reason, tell us within 30 days of your first paid lesson and we'll refund every dollar, no questions asked.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected.
