We only collect what we need to help your family, we never sell it, and we're happy to explain exactly what happens to it. Here's the full picture.
What we collect
When you submit one of our forms — a contact enquiry, a free-trial booking, an enrolment, or a study-guide download — we collect the details you enter: parent and/or student name, phone number, email address, school and year level. We don't collect anything beyond what's on the form, and we don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts to build a profile of your visit.
Why we collect it
Purely to do the thing you asked for: reply to your enquiry, arrange a free trial or enrolment, or send the resource you requested. We don't use your details for anything you haven't asked us to do.
How it's handled
Form submissions are sent as an email to our team via Resend, our email delivery provider — they don't get stored in a marketing database or shared with data brokers. We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. A small number of staff at Lux Tuition can see what you've submitted, purely to respond to it.
Study tips emails
If you tick the box to receive occasional study tips when downloading our free study guide, we'll send you the occasional email with study advice — nothing else, and never more than a few a term. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we'll stop the moment you ask, no matter how you ask.
Access, correction & deletion
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@luxtuition.com.au and we'll sort it out — usually within a few business days.
Information about students
Where a form is about a student rather than the person filling it in, that information is provided by — and handled through — the student's parent or guardian. We treat it with the same care as any other personal information on this page.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — things like which pages are visited, device type and general location. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy . This data doesn't personally identify you, and we don't use it for advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
